Detailed itinerary for 4 Days Murchison falls Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Drive to Murchison Falls national park

Wake up early in the morning for a morning breakfast, then embark to the journey to Murchison falls national park traveling north western part of Uganda with a stop to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for white Rhino trekking. After the great activity we continue to the park and check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Game Drive and Launch Cruise

After a morning hefty breakfast, head for a morning game drive in the northern bank with chances to view Giraffes, Jackson’s Hartebeest, buffalos, Ugandan Kob, elephants, waterbucks, Antelopes moving through the savannah grasslands, after the experience back to the lodge for lunch and relaxations.

In the evening you will embark to the evening boat cruise to the bottom of the falls as you will have chances to view water species at a close range search as crocodiles, elephants, hippos and a variety of bird species along the shores of the Nile. Upon reaching the bottom of the falls, hike to the top of the falls as you observe the magnificent scenic vegetation and landscape.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking (Budongo forest)

After a morning breakfast head to Budongo forest with in Murchison falls national park for a chimpanzee trekking activity. Upon arriving at Budongo forest headquarters, you will be briefed about the dos and don’ts and then enter in to the Budongo forest for the great activity. After the amazing great activity in the forest your Guide will drive you to the top of the falls to experience and watch how the Nile flows through the 7m narrow gorge to the thunderous roar which creates the world’s most amazing and powerful falls.

Day 4: Return to Kampala

On this day will end our 4 days Murchison falls holiday as we head to Kampala for your return flight, you will stop in Masindi for lunch en-route. Embark to the Kampala city to your Hotel.
